All Sales Final
All purchases at New Beginnings Thrift Store are final. We do not offer returns, exchanges, or store credit on any items.
No Returns
We do not accept returns on any items purchased in-store. All sales are final at the time of purchase.
No Exchanges
Exchanges are not available. We encourage shoppers to carefully inspect all items before purchasing.
No Store Credit
Store credit is not issued for returned or unwanted items. Please ensure you are satisfied with your selection before completing your purchase.
Inspect Before You Buy
Our staff is happy to assist you in examining items prior to purchase. All items are sold as-is in their current condition.
Donation Acceptance Policy
We gratefully accept gently used donations that meet our quality standards. All donations directly support our community programs.
We Accept
- Gently used clothing and shoes in clean condition
- Housewares, kitchenware, and small appliances in working order
- Books, games, puzzles, and toys
- Furniture in good condition (call ahead for large items)
- Holiday and seasonal décor
- Linens, bedding, and towels (clean and free of stains)
We Cannot Accept
- Items with stains, tears, mold, or strong odors
- Mattresses, box springs, or upholstered items with damage
- Car seats, cribs, or recalled safety items
- Hazardous materials, chemicals, or paint
- Weapons or ammunition of any kind
- Broken electronics or appliances that do not function
Donations are accepted during regular store hours. Please call ahead for large furniture items: (402) 826-2332.
Pricing & Discount Policy
Our prices are set to be affordable for everyone in our community while supporting our mission.
Everyday Low Prices
All items are priced by our staff based on condition, brand, and market value. We strive to keep prices fair and accessible.
Color Tag Discount Days
We rotate weekly color tag discounts. Check in-store signage or ask a staff member for the current discount color.
Tuesday Discount Day
Every Tuesday, seniors (60+), college students, and military members receive a 10% discount with valid ID.
Price Adjustments
We do not offer price adjustments on previously purchased items. All sales are final on discount days.
